Learn what the Mammoth Fun Pack contains, which games it supports, and whether this Looney Labs bundle is right for your collection.
Quick answer
The Mammoth Fun Pack is a promotional bundle from Looney Labs that includes one promo card from each of their new or repackaged releases in 2013, supporting games like Fluxx: The Board Game, Choose One, and Monster Fluxx.
What you get and what you don't
The Mammoth Fun Pack was originally offered as a Holiday Gift for 2013, so it is a limited-run promotional item. It does not include full game decks or rulebooks—only promo cards designed to add variety to existing games.
Because it was released over a decade ago, availability may be limited to remaining stock or resale. The pack is not a standalone game; you need the base games (Fluxx: The Board Game, Choose One, Monster Fluxx, etc.) to use the cards.
Frequently asked questions
- Which games are supported by the Mammoth Fun Pack?
- The pack includes promo cards for Fluxx: The Board Game, Choose One, and Monster Fluxx. The promo for Choose One lets you choose between Fluxx or Looney Pyramids, while Monster Fluxx gets a Knock promo card. You need the base game for each promo card to be playable.
- Is the Mammoth Fun Pack a standalone game?
- No. It is a bundle of promo cards only. It does not include full decks, rulebooks, or any game components beyond the cards themselves. Only buy if you already own or plan to buy the supported base games.
- How does the Scramble Colors promo card work?
- Scramble Colors is an Action card for Fluxx: The Board Game. When played, you gather up all color cards currently in use, shuffle them together, and deal them back out. You must do this either before or after you make all of your moves. This card can disrupt color-based strategies and force players to adapt on the fly.
- Is the Mammoth Fun Pack still available?
- The pack was released as a 2013 Holiday Gift, so it may not be in regular production. Check remaining stock or resale listings. The catalog price is USD 1.20 (compared to USD 2.00), reflecting its promotional nature. If you find it at a low price, it's a low-risk way to add variety to your Looney Labs games.
