Demo copies are offered to retailers at 70% off MSRP (one per store, please). They are exactly the same as the regular game except there is a bright pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front of the box.

Grabbed one of these at 70% off MSRP and honestly the sticker on the box doesn't bother me at all — the game inside is completely identical to the regular version. For a store copy at that price, it's a no-brainer.
The pink DEMO COPY sticker actually makes it easy to spot on the shelf, and the game plays exactly the same as the full version—fantastic value for a display copy.
Snagged this for my store at 70% off MSRP and honestly the savings alone made it worth it. The sticker peeled off the front of the box without leaving any residue, so it looks like a normal copy on the shelf.
