The art is the same as the first German version from Amigo Spiel, and the cardset is most similar to Fluxx 3.0. Licensed to PS Games.

Picked this up as a gift for a friend who grew up playing the German edition, and the cards are basically identical to what he remembers. The PS Games license means the print quality holds up too, no flimsy cardstock here.
Been hunting for the Fluxx 3.0 card set for a while, and this version plays exactly like the one I remember. The cardstock shuffles nicely and holds up after a dozen game nights.
The card art matches the original German edition perfectly, which I was hoping for since I grew up playing that version. Gameplay is the familiar Fluxx 3.0 ruleset, so it played exactly the way I expected. Really glad this licensed edition exists.
