This is the "wheel board" first introduced in Pyramid Arcade for the games Petri Dish and Color Wheel. This solid-molded plastic decagonal board, approximately 10" across, has spaces for up to 40 pyramids lying on their sides. Get your pyramids on!
The decagonal shape is what sold me — those 40 pyramid spaces make Petri Dish flow way better than the paper mat I was using. Solid molded plastic too, so it actually stays flat on the table.
Picked this up to play Color Wheel properly and the decagonal layout with 40 spots makes way more sense in person than it looked online. Ten inches across sits nicely on the table without crowding the pieces.
The molded plastic feels sturdy enough for repeat game nights, and the 40 slots line up cleanly with the pyramids. I was expecting something flimsier for the price, but it’s held up well since we started using it for Color Wheel.
