It starts out simple: draw one card and play one card. But in Fluxx, players can change the rules by playing New Rule cards, and things soon get a little chaotic! Can you follow all the current rules while collecting the items needed to match the current Goal? This latest update to the classic card game with ever-changing rules is in its simplest form, featuring only four main card types.

The Solo Fluxx Playmat is the perfect companion for your Fluxx card games! This gorgeous tie-dye neoprene playmat includes the official solo rules for Fluxx, plus an easy-to-use guide for removing the right cards for each version of the game.

John S. ★★★★★

The New Rule cards are what make this game, because halfway through everyone's arguing about whether they can draw three or only one. Chaos in the best way, and it plays fast enough that nobody checks their phone.

Played this with three friends who normally hate learning new games, and we were laughing within two rounds. The way a single New Rule card can flip the whole game keeps everyone on their toes, especially once someone stacks a couple of them. Took us a bit to keep track of all the active rules, but

The New Rule cards make every turn a gamble, and that unpredictability is exactly why my game nights have gotten so much louder. We played three rounds in a row and the rule chaos never got old.
