This is a Creeper designed to work in Firefly™ Fluxx. It says "You can't win if you have this. During your turn, you can move this to a player with River Tam, Stolen Goods, or Serenity." The Alliance was released in March of 2016 as a retailer exclusive, to help promote Firefly™ Fluxx.

Ava W. ★★★☆☆

It's a fun twist if you're already deep into the Firefly deck, and passing it off to whoever's holding Serenity feels appropriately sneaky. That said, it's just one card, so it barely changes the game unless River Tam or Stolen Goods actually show up. Fine as a small addition, not something I'd buy
