These sturdy and elegant boards are made for us by a local game/puzzle company. They are formed by a black laser-cut grid affixed to a white base. This board is meant for storage of Bank pieces in the game Homeworlds, but there are other games for Looney Pyramids that could make use of this board, particularly if you use ELBS or other tokens to mark off one row and make this effectively a 3x3 board.
The laser-cut grid sits so precisely on the white base, no wobbly lines or gaps anywhere. I've got my bank pieces sorted in it now and they don't slide around. Feels way sturdier than the flimsy plastic tray it replaced.
Bought this to hold the bank pieces for our game nights and the white base with the black grid makes the tokens easy to sort at a glance. It's surprisingly solid for something that looks this clean. Exactly what I needed.
