This is a Creeper that works in any Fluxx deck (not recommended for decks that do not include ways to get rid of Creepers).

It reads, "You cannot win unless conditions say otherwise. The player who drew this card chooses a word. This card is instantly moved to anyone who speaks that word thereafter."

This card was published in 2012 as a peel-off promo postcard to promote the release of Cthulhu Fluxx. In 2020 it was reprinted as a single loose promo.

This card adds a fun twist to our Fluxx games—it’s a Creeper that fits any deck, but you’ll definitely want a way to discard it or you’re stuck. Makes the win condition much trickier to achieve.

The "you cannot win unless conditions say otherwise" text makes every game a slow-burn standoff, and honestly my group argues way more now in the best way. It slots into any Fluxx deck, though I'd keep it out of sets with no way to ditch a Creeper or you're stuck forever.

Slid this into our Fluxx game night and it flipped the whole table — suddenly nobody could just play a Goal and win, you actually had to deal with the Creeper first. It's a nasty little rule but that's exactly what makes it fun, and it only works if your deck has a way to shed it.
