Demo copies are offered to retailers at 70% off MSRP (one per store, please). They are exactly the same as the regular game except there is a bright pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front of the box.

The 70% discount for the demo copy is fantastic, and the pink sticker peels off cleanly if you want a regular box. My group has already played it three times this week—it's classic Fluxx chaos.
Got this for the shop and honestly the discount made it an easy call, but the game itself holds up great with 2 to 6 players. The sticker on the box is hard to miss, though it peels off fine if you want to shelve it as a regular copy.
The pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front is way brighter than I expected, but it peels right off if you want. Same cards and rules as the regular version, so we've been playing it with six people at game night and it holds up fine. Half off retail for a store copy is a steal.
