Demo copies are offered to retailers at 70% off MSRP (one per store, please). They are exactly the same as the regular game except there is a bright pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front of the box.

The pink demo sticker peeled off clean without leaving residue, and the components inside were identical to the retail version. For half the cost of a second copy, it's hard to complain.
Got this as a demo for the shop, and at 70% off it's basically the full game with a sticker—love that I can playtest it before ordering more.
The pink DEMO COPY sticker is way less intrusive than I expected, and it's honestly kind of a fun badge on the shelf. Everything inside is identical to the regular version, so my group got the full game for a fraction of the price.
