Demo copies are offered to retailers at 70% off MSRP (one per store, please). They are exactly the same as the regular game except there is a bright pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front of the box.

Got this for my store at 70% off and honestly the discount alone made it worth it. Box came sealed with all the same components as the regular version, just with that bright pink sticker slapped on the front.
Got this for my store at 70% off, which made trying it out a no-brainer. The components inside are identical to the full-price version, only the box has that bright sticker on the front. Easy call for any retailer wanting to demo it.
The pink DEMO COPY sticker is impossible to miss, which is honestly kind of charming on the shelf. Everything inside the box is identical to the regular version, so my group got the full game for way less than I'd normally pay.
